Refund Policy
7-day no-questions-asked refund window. Shorter than the 14-day industry norm because our products unlock full Pro features immediately on activation and the installer can be retained indefinitely.
How it works
- Refund request window opens at the moment your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email is delivered, and closes 7 days later (168 hours).
- Request a refund yourself from the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. No email to us is required — Lemon Squeezy handles the refund automatically.
- Within ~24 hours of the refund being processed, your license is deactivated on our side and will stop unlocking Pro features in the app. The installer itself keeps working as the free tier.
After 7 days
We consider refund requests after the 7-day window case-by-case for genuine issues (e.g., a critical bug that prevents you from using the product as advertised and we haven't fixed in a reasonable time). Email [email protected].
What's non-refundable
- Subscription renewals more than 7 days after the renewal date. TODO — confirm LS auto-renewal UX; users should get an email 7 days before charge and can cancel before renewal.
- Licenses purchased with a discount coupon that explicitly says "final sale".
